About The Event

Interested in facilitating groups? Are you currently facilitating groups and desire to improve your facilitation skills? Join us for an introduction to group facilitation skills from a Gestalt theory and methodology stance. This workshop is designed for all levels of group facilitators. Spend the morning learning about attending to levels of systems in group process and 'trying out' interventions for a powerful and dynamic group experience. Familiarize yourself with ways to use your own awareness as a dynamic intervention. Basic Gestalt group process skills will be covered with an afternoon dedicated to on hands on application experience. Participants are welcome to select a role in the practice group sessions that will best enhance their learning. Live coaching from faculty will enhance application of skills learned.

This workshop is designed for anyone who has an interest in working with groups and small systems: clinicians, facilitators, organization development consultants, coaches, educators, and other disciplines. Take a day and come play with us!
